Cabin Crew

Making sure every flight is just as enjoyable as any other part of their holiday. What makes them special is an unflappable personality, combined with confidence, a 'can do' approach and as this is certainly no easy ride, almost limitless energy and enthusiasm.

If you too are willing to go that extra mile and keep your feet on the ground, even at 36,000 feet, you may be just what we are looking for. Read on to find out more.

Requirements: People who are at least 18, over 5'2 with the ability to reach to 6'8 and in good all round health.

You'll need confidence and excellent communication skills, with proven customer service and sales experience.

A good level of education is required to successfully achieve all training requirements.

You must hold a full EU passport with no restrictions on travel to any of the worldwide destinations, and for security purposes, be able to provide five years continuous references.

Status: Temporary

Salary: Competitive Basic plus Flying Allowance & Commission

Benefits: Uniform and Travel Benefits

Our Cabin Crew recruitment process


We can not accept email or post applications.

Prior to attending one of our recruitment days, you will be required to complete the following:
  • Visit the Thomsonfly and Thomson websites to read up on the Company, our products and services.
  • Complete the attached application form.
  • Complete the attached reference form with specific dates and reference details.
You will need to bring the following with you on the day:
  • Fully completed application form with one passport sized photograph attached
  • Fully completed reference form
  • Current full EU passport
  • Proof of National Insurance Number i.e. NI card/P60/P45
NB. Please note that failure to supply the information as detailed above will prejudice your application for Cabin Crew, as it is essential that those verification requirements are adhered to in accordance with the Aviation Security Regulations.

The Recruitment Day:
You need to arrive between 10.00am and 11.00am, and need to be prepared to stay with us for the whole day.

After submitting your application and all documentation, you will be required to successfully pass exercises and assessments to progress onto the next stage of our recruitment process:

Group Exercise

Stage two
Presentation - preparation time will be given on the day for a 1 minute 30 second presentation
Problem solving exercise
